Completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training is a meaningful milestone, yet stepping into the role of a teacher can bring many new questions and challenges.

The transition from student to teacher often requires time, practice, reflection, and support. There is a lot to integrate; from creating classes and finding your teaching voice, to building confidence and learning how to hold space for different students and experiences.

With so much information, inspiration, and different approaches available, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to know what to focus on and how to develop your own authentic way of teaching.

Who is this for?

This mentorship is for yoga teachers and practitioners who feel called to deepen their relationship with yoga and explore their unique way of sharing the practice. It may support you if you are:
  • A newly qualified teacher looking for more confidence and support.
  • A teacher who has completed a short-term yoga teacher training and feels they need more time and guidance to find their feet.
  • An experienced teacher looking to reconnect with their practice and explore new perspectives.
  • A practitioner who feels called to eventually share yoga with others and wants guidance along the way.
Each mentorship is shaped around your own needs and intentions. Through personalized guidance, we explore the areas that are most relevant to your growth as a teacher.

Over the past decade, I have taught more than one thousand hours of yoga classes, teacher trainings and shared the practice with students from different cultures, backgrounds, and stages of their journey.

My own teaching path has taken me across different countries, traditions, and communities, continuously learning from teachers, students, and the experiences that unfold through practice.

Alongside teaching, I have completed more than thousand hours of certified training, explored areas such as yoga philosophy, anatomy, somatic practices, and body-based approaches, and continue my studies in psychotherapy and the Advaita Vedanta.

As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), I offer mentorship as a space for ongoing learning and development beyond the initial teacher training journey. At the end of your mentorship, you will receive a YACEP certificate for the number of hours you have completed with me.

This mentorship is offered through personalized online 1:1 sessions, shaped around your experience, needs, and intentions as a yoga teacher. There is no one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we will explore what kind of support would serve you best and how long we would like to work together. For some, this may be a focused period of a few sessions; for others, it may become a longer journey over several months. Every teacher walks a different path, and the mentorship will be shaped around yours.

My approach is grounded in curiosity and the understanding that every teacher develops their own unique relationship with yoga. Through mentorship, I offer support, perspective, and practical tools while encouraging you to discover and strengthen your own authentic voice as a teacher.

If you feel called to explore working together, get in touch and we can create a mentorship structure that feels aligned with where you are on your journey. Book a free 20-minute discovery call to ask questions, explore your goals, and see whether we’re a good match.
