For the last ten years, retreats have been an important part of my own journey — both as a teacher and as a participant. I have had the privilege of living and working in retreat spaces across different parts of the world, where I witnessed the profound impact of stepping away from everyday life and creating intentional space for reflection, connection, and self-exploration.
These experiences inspired me to create my own retreats. I believe that spending a few days immersed in nature, away from the usual rhythms and demands of daily life, while gathering around a shared intention and meaningful theme, gives us an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, with others, and with a more authentic way of being.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of being part of retreat communities that have deeply influenced my own journey. While I create and host my own retreats, I also feel grateful to share places that I personally trust and recommend.
Hariharalaya – Cambodia
I am proud to be part of the Hariharalaya community in Cambodia, a yoga and meditation retreat center that has deeply influenced my own path as a teacher and practitioner. I highly recommend exploring their retreats if you feel called to experience a supportive environment that brings together yoga, meditation, community, nature, creativity and self-exploration.
During my years in Peru, I had the privilege of being part of the Temple of the Way of Light community, where I worked alongside a professional team dedicated to creating respectful and intentional spaces for Shipibo ceremonial traditions. For those who feel called to explore plant medicine and ayahuasca within a Shipibo tradition, this is a space I personally recommend.
